Meet The Principals
Manny has 15 years of experience in expediting, zoning & building code consulting. Since co-founding Green Light Expediting, he’s helped clients ranging from homeowners to publicly traded REIT’s obtain the necessary approvals for their respective projects. He believes clients shouldn’t just be kept in the loop on as their projects progress, but also educated on relevant code related issues that are important to their project. The approach has resulted in long-lasting and appreciative client relationships both big and small.
Prior to co-founding Green Light Expediting in 2008, Chris served as Marketing Manager for the New York office of a nationwide permit expediting firm. Since Green Light opened its doors, Chris has managed the approval process for all types of projects including enlargements, renovations, demolitions, and new buildings. He has been proud to see Green Light Expediting grow each year while setting an example for new employees of exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
