Green Light Expediting has continuously filed tenant fit-out applications within the mall, which simultaneously closing out any open applications as required to renew Temporary Certificates of Occupancy. Green Light also assisted in resolving open violations and provided strategic direction for a building with 1762 filings to its name as of this writing.
